Integrity is the quality of being honest. It is based on strong moral principles and uprightness. It refers to the adherence to moral and ethical principles. It is related to the soundness of moral character. It means to be honest and forthcoming. Integrity helps us live our life based on our core commitments to values and principles. It helps us do what is right. Integrity creates the foundation of trust. It promotes healthy relationships. It enhances credibility.

Integrity can be experienced in people whose words match actions and whose inside thoughts match outside deeds. People with integrity behave in accordance with the values and principles they believe in. Integrity arises from sound principles and values. It promotes self-esteem, fights stress and anxiety and promotes self-worth. Integrity promotes loyalty. Integrity helps us confront people with courage. It promotes dependability. It helps us steadfastly adhere to a strict ethical code. It makes us do the right thing all the time.

Integrity forces us do the right thing whether someone is around, or whether someone is looking or not. It is a powerful trait. It adds grandeur to a person. Integrity helps us be determined. It helps us be truthful based on our values and principles. Integrity makes us accountable.

Integrity depends on the moral fabric of an individual. It is strengthened by humility and truthfulness. Integrity makes us responsible; it promotes hard work and commitment. It makes us true to ourselves by being honest, upright and decent.

When we are guided by integrity, our thoughts and words are in line with each other; our actions align with our principles and values. Our conduct speaks for us more eloquently than words. It becomes the basis of both reputation and self-respect. People with integrity can be counted upon.
