Anniversary of Helping Hand
Helping Hand volunteers celebrated their 26th Anniversary by a very entertaining and interactive picnic-cum-workshop at Manthan on 12th December 09. Over two hundred volunteers continue to serve patients in ten hospitals and through four of our counselling centres, providing free emotional support.
Counselling Skills at Jyothi Nivas College
We completed a six month certificate program in Counselling Skills for degree students of Jyothi Nivas College, giving them insights into human relations, understanding adult life, and building up their interpersonal skills.
Workshop for School Principals
Dr. Ali conducted a workshop on 12th Dec for around 150 school Principals who are part of the Deccan Herald NIE program, on “Balancing roles as a Mentor-Teacher-Manager-Principal”, which was highly acclaimed and well appreciated.
Wide Variety of Training Programs
In the past two months, Banjara’s team conducted workshops and training sessions for Teachers, Parents or Students of Rashtrothana Vidya Kendra, Little Feat Montessori, All-India NCC Camp, Nightingales, Ghousia Polytechnic, Sudatta, Ness Technologies, Sneha Counselling Centre, Mallya Aditi International School, etc.
