My honest answer is there is nothing to say that I ever felt negative in this course. Because this journey helps a person to understand himself, to know the better him.

I don't think anybody can judge in a system that is helping you to help self. When I started my journey in igdcs, I was a tangled person. It is not that I am any different now. Butnow I know how much I am messed up then and now. I must say the module having emotions lessons were actually the highlights of the whole sessions. It made me stand and evaluate what feelings I am going through. No matter how much ever I act like a psycho master I got stoned at the moment where I am not able to distinguish my own feeling. I was not able to name what is my feeling. It was shocking to me. But I practised every time and tried to identify what is my real feeling I know what I feel and what I want. In the beginning, I was not able to agree or accept with all the kind of people. I couldn't stand the person who judges us or a person who is not ready to accept us etc ...I was having a severe anxiety problem. I couldn't stand if someone comes and accuse me of no reason or wanted a purposeful argument ...Now I am overcoming all these barriers. I mentally check all the options of possible outcome and surprisingly its work ..My anxiety is in control now. I was not assertive I don't allow anyone to pull me down. It is not that I am now a superwoman but maybe I understand my worth. I now what am capable of and where I lag in. Assignments are evaluated with great care .after reading the feedback from the mentor I feel a motivation to do better. Always my mentor answers me with a positive stroke even my answers were not that great. She is always accessible when needed. Overall the modules, various resources and study materials are good and worth
