It has come to an end!!sad but it has given me so much to learn big grin. This is the first time I did any course online, but I never knew it would turn out so good as it was like being there itself as the lessons came with audio and that I feel is the best feature,I wish all lessons were provided with audio, towards the end it was just lessons and no audio and I was sad as I enjoyed hearing and reading together, made my interest go double and understanding better.I got to learn alot of things, the most important of it was being NON-DIRECTIVE!!At first I didnot agree to it as people tell their problems and seek solutions but then I read more and more about it and started to agree with it as being non directive is a better form of finding solutions along with the councellee by his own decision, decreasing your worry of being right or wrong and also guiding them to think independantly. My mentor for the course I feel is an amazing person and she was never direct about my mistakes, she always made me think over the mistakes by making them in a question form which made me learn even more and ask myself weather what she is saying was right or wrong, giving me more ways of non-directive approach.I thank her for all the guidance. The practicals was a challenge because of the country I live in,I was not able to find a way to do them as so many legal formalities were required.Due to the deadline date I had to some how in any circumstances just do the practicals.I feel if I was in India I would have better options but I enjoyed learning here also.I will be glad if I could get any suggestion on where I can practice in Delhi as Iam going there soon And I want to utilize this oppurtunity by practicing further. Is there also anything further I can do in councelling?the next step you can say?from Banjara Academy itself or any other place if ypu would suggest. This course has made me keen to learn more and help more people,it gave me lessons of life time and alot about human behaiviour.can I access my lessons on my id even after the course is over, just to read them?I hope yes as I dont want to loose on any tips and examples mentioned there.Thank you for all the knowledge that I gained and I would want to carry on learning further.
