This course has set a platform for me in the field of human behaviour.

Through this course I learnt to introspect myself first ,if I have to know the other person's thoughts and emotions, by doing so I am able to connect to people's thought process and their emotions by showing empathy.This course has changed my perception of looking at people in a different way i.e try to know the reason behind every action of the person by accepting the person as a human being and not categorising them .It has helped me to become assertive and accept my surrounding as it is by not judging them.I learnt to look at people as human beings irrespective of who ever they may be. I also learnt how to empathize,empower and reflect back the emotions. My take away from this course is that it has empowered me through interpersonal skill, self acceptance, self esteem and being non-judgmental and accept the people the way they are not fully but to an extent.Over all this course has been every informative and lots of learning about human behaviour and also this course has given me clarity to understand myself better.
