Understanding emotions, picking them out, knowing that there is no bad emotion only negative response, the need to vent and the harm suppression can do constituted the major part of my learning at the course.

It has been a huge learning experience. I was aware of aspects like rapport building, empathy and being non-judgmental but the course has taken me to a another level of understanding and i have consciously placed myself on a path and hope to keep working on these aspects. _ The course was a fresh experience of self awareness. _ Being part of a class again was a great experience. _Banjara as an organisation and all the mentors have been a source of inspiration. A ray of hope in a world that does not seem to care. _ The helping hands members were also a source of inspiration. It somehow pointed out that there can always be purpose no matter how old one might be. _ Listening to several speakers was a very enriching experience for me. _ The people who gave me feedback for the assignments were so sincere. They went through each and every sentence and the feedback and encouragement is truly appreciated.
