Wanted Counsellor (Life Skills Trainer) - Sense Kaleidoscopes (NGO), Bengaluru

Sense Kaleidoscopes is a vocational training center for autistic children of ages 12 and above. We are located in Jakkur next to GKVK. We are looking for a Life Skills Trainer with the following characteristics:

  • Ability to work with (and having exposure to) children on the autism spectrum.
  • Ability to train on everyday tasks with a goal of getting the child independent.
  • Ability to work within a structure and plan each day's session in advance.
  • Ability to work on areas such as cooking, hygiene, money skills and functional maths.
  • Ability to document all aspects of the work when required.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills (to write documents) would be a plus.

We are happy to hire and we are looking for a part-time faculty - either doing 3 full days or 6 half days.
